Childcare Centre Tour Booking Policy Thank you for considering Play to Learn ELC for your childcare needs. To ensure the best experience for both you and our staff, please read and adhere to the following tour booking policy: 1. Tour Booking Procedure: - To schedule a tour of our childcare centre, please use the booking form on our website. - Tours are available on specific days during specified hours. Please check the calendar for availability. 2. Attending while you or your child is unwell - For the safety and wellbeing of all children and staff, we kindly request that you refrain from attending our tour while you or your child is unwell. If you or your child are unwell, we encourage you to reschedule the tour for a later date when everyone is feeling better. 3. Cancellation Policy: - We understand that unexpected events may arise. While we prefer a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling, we acknowledge that life happens and will accommodate changes to the best of our ability. - 4. No Charge for Tours: - No fee is associated with scheduling or conducting a tour of our childcare centre. We welcome prospective families to explore our facilities and learn more about our programs without financial obligation. 5. No Guarantee of Placement: - Please note that participating in a tour of our childcare centre does not guarantee placement for your child. Admissions are subject to availability and compliance with our enrolment procedures, which may include completing necessary paperwork and meeting eligibility criteria. 6. Liability Waivers: - By participating in a tour of our childcare centre, you agree to release and hold harmless Play to Learn ELC, its employees, and representatives from any liability or claims arising from accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the tour. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children during the tour to prevent accidents or damage to the property. 7. Conduct During the Tour: - We ask that all visitors respect the privacy and safety of the children and staff during the tour. Please refrain from taking photographs or videos without prior consent. - Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on our premises. 8.
