A Day in the Life
It’s always interesting to see how your children will spend their day and what they do while in our care. We authentically respect children, and respect their right to be capable, to contribute, to be included, to have their voice valued, and deserving of our love and kindness. That is why our programs, are based on their voice; a voice that drives our vision and inspires us to provide and maintain high-quality early education.
Children are active contributors at our childcare centre. Take a look at how they spend their days here.
This part of the day is where we welcome and settle the children. Our educators will assist each child to feel valued, safe and secure when leaving their parents. It is a beautiful part of the day where children are learning from each other.
We offer food that will help children grow, learn and stay alert. We offer all families the choice of the standard recommended diet, vegetarianism or veganism.
Each more we come together to build on our conscious community and while also becoming empowered to share and manifest our intentions for that day and beyond.
Play is one of our highest values as our name suggests! The benefits of simply play are unquestionable in a child’s learning and development.
One of the offerings that sets us apart from other centres. In fact, co-founder Jade Luci has created the first Qigong for Kids program in Australia. This ancient Chinese meditative practice provides all children the opportunity to start their day with flow and ease.
While we are open to different ways for a child to learn and be taught, we strongly value the importance of acquiring academic knowledge in preparation for school and for life.
A hearty and healthy choice of meal options is available. We offer all families the choice of the standard recommended diet, vegetarianism or veganism.
Wellbeing also requires a nurtured mind and soul.
Being mindful of healthy practices, nutritional balance, and sustainable living practices are all embedded within our program. We offer all families the choice of the standard recommended diet, vegetarianism or veganism.
More time for play and learning fun.
This brings a peaceful end to the day and helps to integrate the days learning in preparation for home time.
At the end of each day we share some special time together sharing our learnings for the day and what we are grateful for.
